Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to HolySlug. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.
1. Return Eligibility
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Return requests must be approved by HolySlug before any items are returned.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Customer Responsibility
If a return, exchange, reshipment, or refund request is caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong product or specification
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
- Refusing delivery
- Failure to complete customs clearance
- Changing your mind after purchase
the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipping costs
- Import and export duties
- Taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Any other related charges
3. HolySlug Responsibility
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by HolySlug, including:
- Incorrect product shipped
- Manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during shipment (with sufficient evidence)
HolySlug will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, reshipment, repair assistance, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom-made products
- Products modified after delivery
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Exchanges
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product has a different price, the applicable price difference may be charged or refunded.
